It will ask you to select the iso to patch and then you'll choose a save location and name for the patched result. I think I got mine from a particular paradise of emulators not sure if we can actually link to rom sites and such. It's much easier to download the patch and japanese iso separately than it is to download the fully patched iso. . Once you do that, you'll have a patched iso! The patch you'll download will have an application you can run. This is the way to go.
If you can't figure it out, maybe someone else here can walk you through it. You'll download that and you can do the same for website getting the japanese iso. . . .
